Interior Trim Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the wood trim that is on the doors and the one just under the windshield? Instead of buying the carbon fiber trim I was thinking of getting that flat dark gray color from foliatec. What you guys think?

All I know it's being held by some clips. :rolleyes: ;)

I believe this is from what steve told me a while back that the right side you need to just get in there and pull it out, one the right tip is free you slide the entire bow to the right and the rest of the clips will free itself from the dash.

the one on the door, you have to actually take out your door panel, and then you could push it out from behind the foor panel.

so pretty much its just a matter of pulling them out with out busting the clips
