yes,
all you need to is the autodimming (rear wide mirror -- int)

Here is a dimming rearview with IR receiver (for example)...depending on year and exact features, adding the dimming rearview is fairly easy...and once you are used to it - you won't like driving without it anylonger.

i bought mine from mbenz over a year ago, and its great, works like a dream!

ive also got auto diomming on my drivers side mirror, but just need to find the time to install the wiring to make it work!
