now that im on my break, im thinking of changing the pads in the front, do i have to do anything with the lower control arm bushings, or any bushings, that can damage them

you dont even touch them so don't worry. if you only gonna to change the front pads then your will only touch one bolt, the bottom one that holds the calipler, but if you change the rotors too then you'll touch 4 bolts, 2 holding the caliper bracket and one screw for the rotor and that other caliper bolt mention earlier.

I think he's talking about changing the springpads, not the brake pads. ;)

well in that case then NO you wont touch any of the buchings, and plus elvir are you gutsy enough to take on this task yourself?? its a lot harder than calling your dealer for a part # of the updated side skirt which you weren't able to do. :D

yea, im up for ir, as long as there are no bushings to damage, i will be working under supervision.unless i can get the stelership to do it for 40 bucks. they said they charge fo75 for 4 springs
