whats up guys,
the other day i noticed when i had the windows down i could hear a weird squeakin noise coming from the drivetrain, tires, or brakes , i dunno. it sounded like when your brakes are going out, that metal plate that one can hear against the rotor when there almost out. it doesn't do it when the brakes are applied only above 35mph, is when you can hear it. i think it might be a bearing or something. thanks in advance.

I would recommend that you pull one of your tires and check your brake pad to see if it is indeed the safety pin starting to rub against the rotor. In my experience, that's usually the case of any squeaking from the front end. On the other hand, you could quite possibly have a squirrel living under your hood also. I would recommend this website for any needed information:

If it is a wheel bearing (lets say right front wheel) then the noise will change audible when turning left. Does it go away when brakes are applied when driving straight and above 35mph? Does it start right away when cold (ie- first start driving) or does it take time to heat up to make noise?
