right now, i've talked to the man that will put my muffler on. He's offering to place a new flowmaster for 150. You think i should take this offer? I don't know anything about this brand. The only thing i want to know is would it be loud for a mercedes?? Cause i heard lots of good things like boost performance and whatnot...if you can help that would be great.. peace..

I don't know about the price but I can say that I've had a couple pairs of flowmasters including their 3 chamber quite ones, and their are way louder than anything stock. Yep they made more power and sound great but they are louder.

flowmaster = LOUD. Performance wise... they are upto par. No, I don't recommend flowmaster for the Mercedes Benz and I am not being bias either since I do carry just about any brand names available in the market.

Actually I think that they were originally targeted towards American V-8's.
