C36: Small Body Kit crack

My car has a very small crack on the lower rear bumper. It has been there since I bought but I sometimes notice it enough to annoy me.
Does anyone know how to fix something like this? How about getting it professionally fixed, how much does this normally cost?

If you want it to be perfect, take it to the pros. Get some quotes and think about it. :D

Either way after you fix it yourself you're goin to need top paint it, repair the bumper is easy just the painting part of it.
