Brabus kit is great, very hard to find JRE320 and Nokia have the brabus kit. Lorinser <---correct spelling kits are great looking also jon Pek had one but now he has Wald kit, i am not sure if he still has his w202 though. There are many other kits and lips out there Rieger Tuning has a lip kit, Carlsson has a kit. Try doing a SEARCH on this forums and lots of info will pop up. Rims hmm great looking ones to me are Hre, Iforged, linea sport, AMG, Carlsson and others.

Hope u enjoy ur new w202 and welcome to tha club mang!:D

wow great place to get info.

How many are from Seattle?

They are 19"s I am not sure if I want 19" but they are really sweet.

Well the kit I found was 900.00 FRP with Urathane so it's more flexable and less prone to cracks.

I wounder what kind of springs did the owner use to get that low, the ride must be pretty bouncey

TIA

Just FYI

that what you see in this C Class is Front and Rear Brabus bumper kit, but the Side Skirt is AMG (C 36) kit..

what so special about C36 side skit is because its shape

solid chunk... not twisted style like C43, or Wald.

Most people like C36 sideskirt because it is flat and thick, which makes the car looks lower

:werd: JIrwan. When I was car shopping, I was really really interested in buying the C36. I love the kit, particularly the sideskirts. Fortunately/unfortunately, when I went to see and test a C36, the car was sold before I arrived. Though, they did have a C43 sitting on the lot. :) I like the C43 kit in a dark color like black, b/c the kit isnt that pronounced. If I was convinced the 36 skirts would match the 43 bumpers, I would have traded them out a long time ago...

FRP= fiber reinforced plastic. This process is a little different from the standard fiberglass techniques. FRP is very popular in Japan and Europe because they mix urethane with the fiberglass to achieve more flexibility so it will not crack that easy. In terms of that FRP process it cost a little more but well worth it.

That's why body kits from Japan and Europe cost a little more, bottom line is what you pay is what you get.

900.00USD for an FRP Brabus Kit...found an better price 850.00

BTW: What needs to be done to the fenders to fit 19's? and what are the sizes?

Thanks

with the right offset . wheel width, and tires sizes also certain suspension height

you can fit W202 with 19x8.5/19x10 with 235/35/19, 265/30/19

Joey from Wheel power (his black C280 above) is too slammed way too slammed even for my taste, and because of that he is running P-Zero Rosso 255/35/19 on his rear (19x10).

If you look at better angle his rear tires is strecth pretty bad.

19x10 would be ideal with 263/30/19 tires.. ;)

But if I were you I won't put 19x10 on W202, as it is pushing it, and I have done a lot measurement.

IT just to close for my suspension setup..

I would go as much as 19x9.5 with 265/30/19 with offset varied from 31mm-35mm

And as for the front 19x8.5 is the max to go on W202 period..!!

some people were able to fit 19x9 on W202 front with the expensive strechting tire sidewall to avoid rubbing (you know Germany wide wheel-less tires style)
Also if you fit 19x9 the lip usually will have to go out farther out from the front fender (to clear the steering knuckle and back of the wheel)

So in conlusion if you want to got performance on W202 then go for 19x8.5/19x9.5 ..
it is the safest bet, so that you won't be hitting anything under there..

Also to fit 19" on W202 you might need to rolled the rear fender flare further.. (again depend on the offset), and the front for W202 non-AMG definitely need to be rolled, as the factory fender is not rolled unlike C36 and C43 ;)

What do you guys think of the Axis 7 mods for the W202 19x9

Thanks

If you would invest your money on a 19" , I would not recommend any rims that is made in Taiwan. And I would invest
that is made from Japan instead. ;)

Yeah that is a Brabus front and C36 side skirt.

The wheelpower ride is long gone, the guy parted it out and Recaro and the kit. dont know about the wheels on the silver car.

most likely the springs were cut, but i hardly doubt that car is very fun to drive being that low. i mean you can barely make a turn without worrying about ripping off the fender. My car is pretty low but still fun to drive i can make fast turns and not worry about it. I have H&Rs with #1(f) and #2(r) with bilstien and the ride is nice.

Hey where did you find the fake brabus bodykit at, hook me up with the link or some info please.

PAds are little rubber shims that sit on your spring. ALL mercedes cars have them They range from 1 to 5 and 1 being the skinniest and 5 being the fattest, please do a search on Spring Pads.

do another search and you will find that you don't need a professional digital camera to post pics on the club.

do a third search and it will appear as though you have posted pictures of your car before, so you appear to be resourceful enough to find a way to post pictures when you want to.

The seller is from overseas, not sure where. I am not the main contact. I will find out. I think it could be from Japan they are the only ones that like the FRP technique

I was told that they offer all the old to newer kits.

They have Brabus, AMG, Lorinser, Wald, Carlsson, and Fabulous

Also have kits for BMW. They have RD, AC, Reiger, M-tech, OEM M3 front, MVR and a few others.

You name the kit he has it.

I am not sure how to start this GB, I might just ask for a down payment and then the rest when they get here.
