reverse light problem, HELP!!!

Alright lately my reverse light has been kinda iffy on me, i mean it still works but i would have to put it in the sweet spot or have to move it up and down btw P and N to get it to go on. I think that maybe there is a loose piece or something. Anybody know how to fix this or what i can do to get it to work properly again.

Hello, I think that you might need a neutral safety switch. It bolts to the transmission. The part should be around 100 dollars, and maybe 1.5-2.5 hours of labor if you dont have any other problems.
