Sunroof One Touch???

Whats up guys? I think i have this question in the right spot. Ok so on a 99' c280 sun/moon roof any way to turn it into a one touch? (like the windows are) ive seen this option in alot of cars/suvs and wanna know about any thoughts about how to maybe achieve it? thanks!

i guess u could reroute the wiring from the roof switch and then get a spare window button and connect it to where the original roof switch is connected to to open the roof....
