Where's a good place to look for some cool lock covers/plugs? I just got keyless and want to cover them up with something cool. However, I really don't want the cheap plastic gay ones.

Lock covers/plugs. Can't find them anywhere on the net. Do you know of any companies that might stock these? I'd love to get some as well, since I have keyless entry and rarely use the door locks.

Company: DaimlerChrysler <-- Gosh that name still doesnt sound right

Website : Mercedes Benz USA (http://www.mbusa.com)

The easy peasy route is to head to your local MB parts counter and ask for the key lock covers off the ML. :)

And this is just a soap box thing that I would like to add to this just incase: No it is not okay to go thru the local mall parking lot and liberate the lock covers off a parked ML. :bandit: < - Im just saying thats like hella wrong cuz most dealerships will give em to you for free if youre polite.

to steer me to a website that sells these plastic key lock covers. My local MB dealer (in St. Louis) had no idea what I was talking about.

Perhaps check out the part number forum and pull up the number to our club202 dealership in socal for the hook up. While not a website there is a phone number you can call.

Print out the pictures J posted and go over to your dealers parts counter with it. That should help them locate the parts for you.

Just trying to get some simple info on these things like where on the World Wide Web can I find them?? If you can't answer that, forgot it.

Sorry did not know you tired that already. Unfortunately I do not know where on the world wide web where you can additional info on these plastic covers. Looks like you will be without these covers since most of here are able to find them at our local dealerships and not on the world wide web However, I did provide information about another dealership, while not local to you, may be able to order these covers for you.

Best of luck.

I'm not sure if adding more flex agents will help, but the problem with painting them is that it tends to chip easily.

Thanks for the responses guys. It sat blank and unreplied to for so long, I never looked at it again. I'll probably go with the plastic ones after all.
