Does any body know the color of the Aero II wheels that come stock on the C36? I have searched this site, and several others, and I cant come up with the right answer.

Thanks,
Ian

They should be Monoblok Aero II in silver with clear-coated machine lip

The 17" AMG mono II that you were trying to sell are the stock wheels.
And check your spare tire, it should the front size 17x7.5 with 225/45/17 tire on it

J,
Thanks for that info, but I was wondering if anyone knew the actualy color code. I think instead of trying to sell them, I am going to refurbish them and keep them just for the sake of having them.

My brother just got some mercedes microfiche, and I have been geeking out over that for a couple of hours now, but I still cant find the correct color code. Does any one have any ideas? I went to a automotive paint store and tried to do some matches, but so far, all that I can come up with is either 744 (brilliant silver) and 735 (astralsilber)

Any help is appreciated.

When I had my wheels powdercoated a while back I asked about silver wheels and basically most modern wheels are powdercoated. So if youre wanting to refurb your wheel it would be best to take it to a rep wheel refinisher so they can work their magic and bake that finsh :)

I don't know if they actually code the wheel color. It's a basic silver that can be matched by any place that refurbs wheels and that they know what they're doing...

from what i remember reading on amgownersclub a long time ago
there was a post about same question
Ronald said AMG keeps wheel color code secret
lots of shops claim they figured out the combo but most likely just something really close to it's true color
that's all info i can remember it's been awhile

Thanks Euro
I kinda figured that it wasnt an exact MB color code, because it seemed to be in between the silvers that I mentioned. I wonder why they want to keep it secret, if they didnt, it would be easier for me!
