Will SKL wheels fir the W220 S-class?

I have the option of getting hold of a nice set of alloy wheels from a 2003 SL500.

The sizes are:
Front: 255/40-18 95W 8.5J [ET35].
Rear: 285/35-18 97W 9.5J [ET40].

I understand the only difference between S & SL class wheels is the "ET" (Offset) The S Class has an offset of [ET46].

Will these wheels fit My S320?

should fit W220 same bolt size
but won't fit pre 2000 Sclass
