a guy i met has parts of a magnaflow catback exhaust from his old integra sitting at the side of his house. i noticed he still had the magnaflow resonator and said he is willing to sell me the whole system for $30. will this resonator be tuned a certain way? i was thinking i can take it to a muffler shop and have them cut off the resonator and weld it onto my car. the thing i want to know is will the resonator make my car sound smoother? right now i am running no resonator and i am pleased with the sound, but if it would make my car sound deeper and smoother, then i would buy it. give me any helpful info if i should give it a go or not...
