anyone did
combination filter, cabin filter or pollen filter
installation before
i didit on my e36 325 and vents blew a lot stronger. i wanna do it on my c36 now. if anyone has instructions i would really appreciate

Well, if it's the same as my 2000 C 230, it goes like this:
1. Move the passenger seat back as far as possible.
2. Look at the front of the plastic panel, above the passengers leg area.
3. remove the 3 screws ( phillips head ).
4. Pull the plastic panel down & slide towards you.
5. Lay on your back in front of the passenger seat & you will see 2 white plastic sliders.
6. Slide the clips toward the outside of the cover.
7. Remove the cover & pollen filter. It helps if you pull the filter down & somewhat sideways.
You can buy a straight ( white air filter ), or a gray ( charcoal ) filter.
One is about $ 20.00, the other about $ 30.00.

Only the white ( dust only ) one, because I'm a cheap sob. 202-830-00-18. ;)

The white ( cheaper ) one removes dust, dirt, etc.
The charcoal one helps to reduce odour.
Somebody told me, this feature only lasts a very shor time. ;)
