They are actually very well made pieces. They fit in the window channel and dont require any drilling or tape. They stay in place just using tension. I like them because they arent overdone. They dont stick out far, and if you have ever been in South Florida during the summer, you know the advantages of leaving your window down a little. I couldnt do it before becuse of the summer rains.

Hey black99 how you get them side mirror on...I have a silver 96 C36 and been looking to put those on but I don't know anything about...Did you have a hard time putting them on? Did you have to take it to the dealer to have them installed?

I've been staring at this thread for weeks and still have no idea what vent shades are or where they're located on that car. Call me stupid but it's like Willam and the sail boat (Mall Rats), I JUST CAN"T SEE IT! Help me please!:D :confused:

They are the tinted pieces of plastic that stick out the side of his window

the ventshades are the things located at the top of the window so it acts like a vent. example if it is raining you can crack the window and no water will get in

Getm from the dealership. W210 mirrors, fergot what year.

Took me 6 hours to put mine on hehe and I still got the wiring wrong hahaha.

My driver side, up goes down and down goes up.
