Diesel pump

Hi guys and Girls new to this forum :D My car is a c220 diesel with 130,000 miles i may need to change the engine driven fuel pump and it looks difficult it has electronics at the rear of it and the throttle is fly by wire anybody out there done this if so can you help cheers eds.....
