Will this newer becker deck work in a 1997 C280 with bose speakers

befor i buy the older style in dash cd that i was looking at before will this i think 1998 and new becker style 10 disc cd changer work in my 1997 C280 i dont think i has fiber optics because it has 1 antenna wire and 3 connnectors no small flat one for fiber optics is this correct http://i17.ebayimg.com/02/i/01/6f/b1/62_1_b.JPG

you will have to buy the fiber optic cable as well asa newer style cd changer.

The COMAND install (http://www.club202.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=180) was done the same way.
