While resetting the service indicator, by mistake, I came across with 2 displays in odometer display. Can any one explain what it means?

first one means that you only have 2.8 km on your car....sell it quick and say it sat in a garadge while you were traveling around europe

1. Turn the key to No. 2 position
2. Hit the lowest button, underneath the dimmer lights, twice really fast.
3. Turn the key off.
4. Hit the lowest button, underneath the dimmer lights and keep it press!! and turn the key to No. 1 position, and wait..

possibly something got messed up when you did the reset? Try unplugging the battery for a few minutes and plug 'er back in. see if that clears that problem...

Dont get me wrong.. There is not a problem, once I release the button the display is goes back to its original info. This is extra information that the computer displays...

From my observation..first pic 2.8 stats engize size? Not sure about the other two numbers....week/build date?

Second pic..it looks like either:

a) the car has 2 low oil indicators prolly because the dash was used not only in the c-class?

b) it's that technology where your engine monitoers the amount of dirt in your engine oil and the 'tea pot' says to change the oil while the clock thing is a reminder for a scheduled maint?

This is just theory but remember that MB might be reusing parts from one car or the other. Maybe the E class has those thing but c-lass don't but they share the same dash?

The second pic top icon is for low oil. It's the same icon as in the w124. The one below that is a clock. :p don't know what that's for...
