i want to drop my car about 2 inches (more/less)...what would u recommend from personal experience? i will probably have 17s or 18s.

Decide on your rim size first then go from there before asking for recommendations

Well i dont know from personal experience i havent dropped my C36 yet but alot of people run H&R Springs and #1 and #2 pads with 18s

Get the H&R's because they are a straight rate spring. So if wnat want to stiffen them up now or later to achieve higher performance then you can cut the coils and calculate the increase in spring rate.

I found the Eibach Prokit to be nice but in the long run too soft for really hard canyon running.

I think my Eibach's are beginning to sag on one side :(

I can tell you you that a C43 or C36 and the W202s with the I6 should have slightly stiffer springs in front than what Eibach are selling.

I went up from a 600lb/in spring in front on my 1999 C280 to a 700lb/in spring on my C43 and it is just marginal on the rate.

So I know a spring set designed for a V-6 W202 is not stiff enough for the I6 cars or C43's.

And a 700lb/in spring is approx. 60% stiffer than the Eibach prokit spring.
