i checked out the w220 front rotors at a local junkyard while looking for a c36 or sl600 front brake setup just wondering they really look like the c32 brakes but the rotors are a tad larger would they fit on a 202??? is doing a custom job on brakes safe (machining or cnc)?? another issue that i am not sure of would the front brakes weight difference affect the car? do i need better shocks?? harder springs??

C32 brakes will fit on a 202 car... have to have 17" wheels

Just cause you have 17/18 inche rims does not mean the design of the rim won't interfere with the caliper. I tried to get a set of spoked 17 wheels for my C36 for winter but when I put it on, the spokes hit the caliper and yes it was the right offset. 35mm.

I ran both sets of 17" real AMG rims wiht my C32 brakes.. Mono and the spoke kind.. you shouldnt have any woes but hard to tell what wheel you have.. can always be solved wiht a thin spacer but I dont realy like those..

Depend on the offset and the spoke design (whether they are flat/tappered or thick spoke)..

you are missing something here.. each car and rim is different.. you need to find the offset, wheel design etc.. that will work.. my rims work for my car.. I know this in that I have done it.. someone elses rims while at at 35mm offset might not work due to the design.. that is what we are saying..
