anyone tired 280 springs on a 230/220?

anyone tried to put 280 springs on a 220/230? how'd they work out?

i know of one person that put the h&r springs ment for a 6 on a 4 and it didnt lower it correctly.. meaning it was higher in front.

So that is something to think about.

Now putting 4 springs on a 6 would give a massive drop :P

What if you used thinner pads on the front to compensate for the higher spring rate????????????

I guess that would work. Or even cut the spring too. But I really dont see why you need to do something like this as the springs cost the same regardless. So might as well buy the correct one in the first place?
