Balanceing tires

Has any one had any problems when balancing tires on the back side of the rim not the front ?

Just make sure they place the outer weights as far to the outside ( but still behind the spokes ) as possible.
I have seen one tireshop that, say for instance on an 8" wide wheel, entered it as 4" wide wheel on the balancer.
So, placing the " outer weight " behind the spokes worked really well.
