Door molding removal

My right rear door panel got hit by a rock. How do you remove the door molding? Do I remove the inner door panel too?

the door panel is inside the car.. if u want to remove the exterior trim, open the door.. u will see a screw near the back of the door where the moulding stops.. remove the screw and slide the door moulding rearward I believe.
