I want to put 245/40/18s on the rear. I have a 18x8 Carlssons. Is this set up good or it will rub on the rear? Pls help. Thanks.:)

The width should be fine. I had a 245/40/18 on my first set of rims for the rear and didn't rub. But the speed was off. You may lose cruise control too, so keep that in mind. A 35 profile is recommended to be safe.
What offset btw? That can help the wheel gurus know if it will rub.

ET 35 should be fine. My previous wheels were also ET 35, but 8.5 width.
Oh, I forgot that my fenders were already rolled. You *may* have to do this as well. It might be close and only rub when you have a lot of people in your car though. Mine only rubbed slightly on occasion (hitting a bump) when I had a full car and trunk. But maybe .5 narrower is a big diff in your case.
