Looks good for $405, but I can see the bidding frenzy on it and it'll cap off at $700+

Remember repair on it will run you another $100-$200 on top of tires, another $300-400 and then shipping. So is it worth it?

I just got a set of non-chrome 17" ones. Sending it into repolish, another $150 each for 2 wheels. It's a lot of leg work but I'll post up pics when I change form SLK replicas to real AMG monoblocks.

Good Luck,

It seem like I been looking at rims for my C230 for over six months now. I have the cash to buy rims now but I can't make a decision.

I think I need help:confused:.

Buying new rims is a huge move. It can make or break the whole look of your Benz. I've been looking now since last Sept., have
the money but just can't pull the trigger. Thanks to this website
I know I'm getting 18/8's in front anf 18/9's for the rear. This looks
the best from what I've seen and with no custom fitment. I was
looking for chrome early on but not anymore, I've learned that
chrome wheels is an american thing to do and that you will not
see it in Europe. No company will warranty the chrome past a year
that I've seen. To each his own. Have you looked on
www.highlinewheels.com or www.thewheelexchange.com ?
Do you know of any other good sites for wheels?
Take care.

My brother had the second set of wheels that you showed on his 1987 W124 (Black E-class) and they looked soooo damn good, and I hope that you can make your decision and you enjoy them a lot.
