Remus Exhaust ?

Does anybody know thw specifications of a remus muffler, the dual square tip ones? Like, the length, width, height and tip size? Also, does anybody have it installed on their car? How does it sound?

I dont know the sizes of the exhaust, but i know that Remus sounds perfect for a mercedes. If you are willing to spend the cash then get a Remus.

makes your car sound like a v8...a 430 or so....i don't have the dual tip one because it didn't match the look of my car...i have the oblong tip....had it custom....but only ran me like $400...as opposed to $700 as most pay....some dude on ebay sold them for like $200 bones a while ago...might be worth checking into...or i could call and get you the same hookup i got....lemme know

Does it sound just a little louder than the c43 or does it sound more like a civic?

Thanks for the offer Joe, but I think I'm good. I just wanted to know some specs of the remus muffler so I can shop around easier. I assume the price u were talking about was for a full catback? I was just looking for a new muffler.

ANSA make some nice OEM replacement. They are cheaper too.

lol i was about to post a new thread...good thing i looked first...anyways...will the universal remus muffler fit on the 98 c230? for some reason its way cheaper than the one made for the 98 c230 because i guess you have to weld the universal as the one made for it i think you just bolt it on? suggestions anyone please let me know...if itll fit or not

Some are bolt ons, the rest are universals. Either way, those gasket always leaks, so you might as well weld them on. :)

But i was just wondering for example the twin 02 universal muffler...would that fit on my w202 98 c230? becuase i want to make sure it does fit and i dont want to go through all this stuff to return it please let me know thanks
