Hey guys.. I need some quick help.. I'm out of town and my radiator got a crack in the end tank by the top hose. I need to replace the radiator if the JB Weld doesn't work, however, it's going to be in a parking lot at an apartment complex.

I've gotten most of the mounting taken off, but if someone could run by what I need to do to pull the radiator that would be great!

Any help is good!!!

Thanks!
Martin

hmmm.. I dont know if I'll be missing any steps here.. but..
you will have to drain coolant.. remove upper and lower rad hose, remove fan shroud, remove rad support, disconnect trans cooler lines, I dont know if the condenser is bolted to the rad at all.. that may need to be seperated... after that you may see some other things as you do the job.. I cant remember as I havent done a rad on a W202 before, only on other models.
hope this gives you some direction though.
