Does 203 mirror fit 202 doors?

I have just upgrade my 202 with the blinking 210 mirrors.
It was a piece of cake job. Incl the wire job for the blinker.
I got them on an advertising site for $103 /pair and they where painted already in my car color.............
Can a Benz-lover have more luck???

Ok now to the question...
I want to change them to the 203 mirrors with the big led blinker.

(never satisfied)

Does anyone know if the 203 mirror will fit the 202 door?

I have looked on a 203 car and for me it looks like the 203 mirror have a longer fitting than 210.
This meausre is from back to front. So the mirror will have its mounting bracket out from the door in the frontside.

A few years back a few of us on the net were tossing around the idea. Then one member bought a set and it fits but as we had theorized it did not match the lines of the 202 well.

If you notice with the 210 mirrors there is a stylish line on the housing that matches up nice with the line of the 202.

The 203 does not have this. But according to the member that tried a 203 mirror does fit a 202 car. But in the end he returned it for a 210 mirror set.
