Im looking to get dustless or less dust brake pads!! I've seen people recommending Porterfields.. and I've seen people recommending Axxis pads.
Could someone with experience with both mentioned pads give their thoughts on both and which they would recommend.

I have a 1999 C230 Kompressor.. I had thought about getting cross drilled rotors also.. but I cant afford that right now.. so I will be going with Either Porterfields or Axxis with OEM discs.
Thanks.

Slammed, I just got a set of Axxis Deluxe Plus pads but haven't had time to put it on. I need to wait till my friend who work in MB to get back so I can get a set of rotors from him. I'll let you know.

SLAMMED C,

I have usd the Porterfields and I think they work very well with only minimal dusting. Plus they have a little more friction, so they stop a little harder.

I put Mintex (red box) pads on my w210 (E420 Sport) and have been extremely pleased. They were one of the only manufacturers to make pads for the single pin rear calipers on my car. Less dust than Metal Master (Axxis, PBR), no squeels, great stopping power - I highly recommend.

Anyone use EBC Green/Red Stuff? Im planning on getting Brembo Cross-drilled rotors front and rear with green stuff padding.

EBC is a no no..from what i;ve read they like to chew through rotors unevenly.

As I've told you before Porterfield is your best bet.
Less dust and works well. ;)
