After measuring the distance between the wheel and the fender, I saw that my front was too high.

To level it I had to got o #1 or #2, I choose #1 since my rear is not always the same height depending on gaz qty or stuff/people on board and I don't like when the front is higher than the rear.

Oh and I don't like the tires in the fender, flush is ideal.

You can see that the rear is lower also, that's almost full of gaz, probably the first pic wasn't full and it makes a difference.

Anyways, the front is perfect IMO. For the rear, it varies too much and I think it wouldn't look good to lower it more since when people or stuff are on board it would tuck in the fenders.

eibach + koni yellows

I don'T know the rear pad number.. but I will test with full gaz to check what drop I would need to get the tire flush.

I might also check the weight of a subwoofer to see if I really need a drop in the rear. I really don't like when the rear is lower than the front

do you have to have aftermarket suspension to mess around with the pads, so you can lower the ride height?can it be done with stock equip?

you can adjust on a stock suspension too.

it's not really called lowering, it's more adjusting as fastmayte said.

The biggest drop you can get is maybe 1/2" if you had #5 stock and going to #1

It's more to get the perfect drop from your aftermarket suspension.

oops, I changed the server, there are some pics:

That's before:
Front:

Rear:

Complete:

That's after the front drop:

So now the front is pretty flush with the fender, the rear depends on the gaz load, but it varies from near flush to one finger gap. I like it like that.

There is a picture with the trunk loaded, rear tucked and I don't like it.

Your car sits perfect.Since I'm trying to use 235-40-18's in the front I'll probably use the #4 pads or #3 minimum.Plus I'm hoping the bigger size would use up some of the wheel gap space .I'm scared to use the 225's because of the horrible road conditions here.

You have no idea which pads your using in the rear huh?If you find out let me know. Thanx! Also are the tires your using perrelli's? However it's spelled. LOL!

as I said for the rear, ti all depends on gaz. But since I plan on putting a subwoofer someday, I prefer not to touch the height. With a little weight it sits just perfect.

Since your car is a C43, the pad numbers won'T be the same on yours than mine.. so even if I find out the number, it wouldn't really help I think.

The front are brand new pirelli P7000

The rear are really worn Pirelli P Zero Nero. When I'll change tire, I'll loose a little gap since there will be more thread

The difference in tire height between 225 and 235 is about 4mm. I dont think it will make much of a difference in terms of protecting your wheels. One thing to also consider is varying your tire sizes too much may cause your crise control to not work properly.

That's okay,I never use the cruise control anyway.i dont like using it ever. So you think I'd be goodto go with 235's as far as fitment and non rubbing are concerned? Should fill up some gap space as well i hope.

damnit, stupid imageshack... I have a host I was just too lazy to use it :/ I'll have to start AGAIN!

And for the cruise, I check with my friend and going from my 15" to my 18" (205 to 255) made a very small difference. Instead of showing 120kmh it shows about 118kmh

It's possible oyu may rub with the 235. That tire is 10mm wider than the 225. The little bit of difference may cause rubbing.
