Removing window trim

My question is not about price, but about removing the trims. I want to get them painted.

Do I pull upward? Will the clips break, will the trim bend?

Use the Search function...i found someone talking about taking off the window trim...
just type in "window" or "window trim" and you will see a post about taking them off..i think 714guy posted it...
BUT I NEED THE PRICES !!!!!
