Diff oil and question

what weight diff oil do i need in my 1997 C280 sport my mechanic says its down a littel and before i call the dealer because they dont know what there talking about half the time i figure i would go to the better educated first.

second is the c280 equipted with a limited slip why can i do burn out with both rear tires when some can only do it with one.
