I got an appointment on Monday with Topline to do my head gasket. What else do I have to replaced? Say it now... ;)

Something about a front crank seal..i know those go easily as well. check the valves and have the head cleaned while your at it. Maybe do/ check the timing chain and water pump too since you have the hed off. Oh yeah, clean the Throttle assemble too.

When you replaced the headgasket, also replace the valve cover gasket, along with the front-timing seals, and also chech for any leak on the crankshaft seal as well...

Eventually all the seals are to be replaced. The water pump is one of the item I've considered. The belt is also gonna be replaced. Thanks ;) :)

Just got my car back from Topline. It take's a week at Topline and it's worth the wait. I had my head gasket replaced, all the hoses, timing chain (unexpected), water pump (another one) , pulleys, belt and a whole bunch more. Labor cost @ $95/hr a total of 20hrs and that's the heart attacked I got. :( ;) :)

And I saw Brabus there promoting AF2!!!! Ha1ha!ha! :D :D

I regret going to Topline for service. Replacing the head gasket with some GLUE is a no no. Plus replacing the wiring harness and not putting it in the proper location is a no no too.
That's why Bay Area pips, beware if you go to Topline ask Zim for the parts he's replacing and he's suppose to provide the cost or else you will get a heart attack when the bill comes.
MY E320, rebuilt tranny coz me $5g and took 2 wks at Topline. These are some of the reason why I don't go to Topline.

I have a thread in performance labled 1996 c280 head work. Just got my head back from the shop. $350 valve job, resurface and clean. Clean the radiator!!! I pulled mine while the head was in the shop. The radiator shop informed me that their was a 30-40% blockage. No wonder the machine shop had to take a little more off the surface(warped). Only got to put 18 miles on mine. And it never got a chance to run hot with me!!!!!!!! It just dumped water into the oil.
