Seatheater switcher opening

Hi @ all

first at all, sorry for my bad technical english.

I drive a 98 C200 car with leatherseats and seatheater inside.
When i remove the whole switches in the middle console, i get a big piece/unit where the seatheat switcher are mounted.
I looked around this unit, but i see no way to get the switches out of this unit. I need this to repair something in it.
So I'm afraid to destroy more in this unit.
Have you any idea to split up this to come to the switches?

Behind the center console, the switch for the heated seat looks like 1 piece with the underneath components. I have not open it myself, but I think it might be doable.

I see this already, but without the right instruction I think I destroy more that I repair this.

Whats the Price for this unit? The switcher for the alarm costs about 20 €...
