Just wondering if it was necessary to use High Temp Paint (1200 degrees) or is it ok just to use regular Krylon spray paint. I've already sanded the pieces down so I'm good to go.

I'm gonna keep the door trim and bow wood, and paint the center pieces black gloss.

1. primer
2. high gloss black
3. wet sand 1200 grit
4. few more coats of black
5. then clear it a few coats.

no need for high temp paint.

but just remeber to let the paint set up for a couple weeks since spray paint takes a while to dry.

WOW a couple of weeks huh. Thanks for the tip. So the Krylon will hold up even indirect sun light when my car is parked out in the lot?
