sup all!

are too many kickdowns during a drive not good for the car? I just started my new job and the way to work, there's a portion of highway that is "hilly", going upwards for a while then back down. So while going up, it's stop and go, sometimes 30-40, but I need the power to get up the hill while the auto is in 3rd or 4th :p so I push the pedal till it gives me one gear drop, sometimes I have to do this a few times.

Is it good/bad/ok as long as it's not too many?

Thanks! :)

it's all good as long as u don't over rev and change gears ( by that i mean over 5500 rpm ) .
4 to 3 is no biggie. now to second while going 40 is a lil harsh but still it's ok.
