Are front/rear rotors the same for 96-00 C280?

I asked this on MBWorld.org also but no replies yet...

I see a lot of eBay sellers selling rotors for C280 and they list that it fits 96-00. Can anyone else confirm this? Last thing I want to do is buy it and find out that it doesn't fit myh '99 C280 and have to try and return it and have the seller all pissy about it.

My advise try to find an online store..

just to see if the rotor for these models have the same part number..

if its true, then the ebay seller is telling the truth.
Otherwise I'd get the rotor from online store.

I have always have a good experience with Phil at Mercedesshop..

Another place you could try is myroadster.net , and ask for Jerry..

he should also be able to help..

the front and rear rotors on your C280 are different sizes.. the front and rear rotors are not interchangable.

I concur. The rear rotor are smaller than the front.
