View Full Version : BASS Tube or Sub woofer

I read thru the searches and the above subject below. I am also interested in putting a sub woofer in my C280, with a BOSE system, also I was going to mount a grille on the panel in back of the rear arm rest, as I have no pass thru. But after reading all this I am still wondering if the BOSE amp has inputs and outputs for a sub, has anyone taken off the panels in the trunk and examined the amp? My wife 94 Audi has a BOSE system, but in her car the amps are built into each speaker unit in the doors. I have tried to get these speaker fixed over the years and no shop will touch them and the replacements are $900 at Audi.

That's a very good question, I will pull it out and see. I just got a set of radio pulling tools, so I need to try them out.
