a special mb bushing removal and installation tool if im not mistaken.. u may get away with a press.. but the tool is much easier to use.

Bushing tools from MB I think its range from $150-$250...you should be able to get the job done by renting tools from kregan for $125 and i thinks its $5 for each day of rental...and its the KIt #3 or #4

Chisling won't work.i tried that. It'll warp the housing that the bushing sits in.
I fabbed my tool outta those wheel bearing casings, the ones that hold the marble like metal balls. Had to next door's exhaust cutter to cut that sucker smaller and weld a smaller casing to each other. It was a pain in the ass. C clamp is not strong enough to press it out.

Oh yeah, hint on making your bushing last longer.
DO NOT TIGHTEN THE LOWER CONTROL ARM WHEN THE CAR IS IN THE AIR. TIGHTEN THEM WHEN THE CONTROL ARMS HAVE LOAD. (i.e. on the ground)
