Side Window Wind Deflectors

I was wondering if mercedes benz sells side window wind deflectors? reason being is that I was doing some work on my car today and it was super hot in there is also nice to know that you can leave your windows open about one inch so that the heat can escape, and not have to worry about getting water in your car when its raining. or my other option is was there ever a factory option for auto matic closing windows when it starts to rain some cars now come with that feature?

what are everyone thoughts on those side window rain deflector things? to rice?
