Radio wiring

I’ve purchased an aftermarket radio and I have the wiring harness and the removal tools. Crutchfield said from here I was own my own. Does anyone know which of the stock wires I would use for: 12V constant, the other 12v for memory and the ground wire?

They're switched around from MB to VW. You need to wire red to yellow and red to yellow. That's what I had to do to mine to get it to keep memory.
