how many times can the front fenders be rolled? i had them rolled before with this tool that bolts right up to the hub and all you do is adjust the settings and move the handle back n forth as this rubber cylinder pushed the fender out evenly. i wanted to know if people have got their fenders rolled multiple times due to wider wheels, etc..?

you can roll it until the metal's flat against the panel...

After that you could pushed it out a little bit...to get more fender flared... :)

There is no rules/limitation on how many time the fender can be rolled. As long as its physical limit has not been reached then you could do it again.

However if the first time you rolled it, you have gone to the max, then there won't be a second time. ;)

the inside metal is pretty much completely pushed in, but im not sure if that is to the max. also, there is like 1/3 of the fender (closest to the front bumper) that isnt rolled because of the machine not being able to clear the caliper. i guess i will roll them again..this time using spacers on the front to clear the calipers...thanks for the info guys! i didnt want to ask my friend to do it again unless i was sure it would help

Rolling fenders typically is a risky proposition as there is always the threat of the paint cracking. The guy who I sold my pristine 98 Jetta GLX (with 21K miles) cracked the paint on three of the four fenders.
