OK, hoping someone with a late model W202 with folding rear seats can help me here.

Maybe you know or have a Haynes manual that can...........

This is what I am talking about. The panel is behind the rear armrest and the boot. It looks like it can be removed, I can see two screws at the top (just) but when removed the panel is still very solidly in place.

I'm, hoping that unlike earlier w202's this can just come out. I would have thought there was an option to have a hinged Ski hatch there, but I just want it out as it is not my Ski's I want to use it for.

Any ideas how it comes off?

I think it was koolvin that ended up just cutting the thing out to make his ski hole.

I will try to see what it takes to remove it for ya.

Yes, Koolvin cut his, but his was just sheet metal. This really looks like it comes off some how and is just plastic.

Thanks.

Yes, you can just unscrew it and pull it out. That's what the shop did to mine when installed my subs & amps. Initial plan was to cut a hole thru the first aid kit was. But then I totally disagreed on cutting any part of the interior nor to drill any holes.
So I suggested the hole from the arm rest and it works.
