possiblity of upgrading to lower bumper fogs and headlight wipers

on a car that dose not have fog lights installed in the bumper and headlight wipers is it possible to install these factory items where are the connectors for each part ?

in order to get real OEM fog lights that are located in your lower bumper, you will need the C43 front bumper. otherwise, you're pretty much stuck with aftermarket lights such as ones made by PIAA, Hella, etc.
