my opinion intakes make the car sound good, but if you want HP you wont gain much or even lose HP due to sucking in hot engine bay air. I heard that MB stock intake systems are already good. But I did have a cold air intake that I sold that worked great.

That looks too restrictive. I had used ROAR carbon intake and Vdub intake on the w202 before. Both worked fine.
