where can I get a manual for my new radio

bought a radio in europe for my car factory merecedes, called dealer radio manufacture and got the screw around radio manufacutre say dealer has to get it dealer says radio manufacutre has to give you it. I am going in circles ???

help some one its a A1708200386 I have the model number too will post later

Mercedes head unit should be simple enough to figure out :) I mean it's not like it has many buttons :D
