So i had a shop put in the 6.5 inch in the front and 5.25 in the rear doors. I did the wiring with my friend and the front speakers work perfectly but the back door speakers only base...no vocals. I have a rockford fosgate 4 channel amp. I am only running 4 coaxial speakers and one subwoofer. So i have 3 rca's going to my trunk, 1 for the front speakers, 1 for the rear speakers, and one for the sub. when i add my subwoofer rcas to the rear speakers...they sound perfect but i have no volume control. Anybody have any idea?

i don´t know if your stereo has a subwoofer internal controler. if it has a sub preout via rca, i beleive it should have one.
try checking if the sub is turned on in your stereo.
hope it helps

I checked the wiring and the wiring diagram given by clarion for my cd player. I only have a set of pre outs for my front speakers and a set of preouts for my rear speakers/subwoofers. Kinda wierd. So i just split the signal from the front rca's and put them to the rear speakers and then i used the rear speaker/subwoofer pre outs for my sub. Everything is finally working!:D Thanks to everybody who helped out.
