For those who do not want to use adhesive tape...there is a company that you can buy your own spray can in whatever color you want. They have all the stock colors for mbz. I checked for about 10 minutes trying to find the site, but was unable to find it. I will be able to tell anyone who is interested by emailing me. Just another way to get your grill to matchyour car instead of using a 2 dollar can of black paint that doesn't match perfectly.

well i got the stuff at "hobby center" they got alot of types of vynil ... i chose the glossy black cause it matched the black on my grill its easy to instal u just need to clean the crome inserts very well with amonia based cleaner (glass cleaner will work fine) cut the vynil into strips and apply but it takes a while to get all the bubbles out.... i thought is better to use vynil cause paint will eventually chip of from the weather and getting it done proffessionaly is expensive... the whole thing took 30mins and 5$ of vynil....:D

any updates on this spraypaint that matches the car color?
how do you go about getting bubbles out of vinyl in general?

i usually use amonia cleaner and try smoothing it out as possible but some bubbles just don't go out.... i use a surgicale needle then ....
