how to remove entire ashtray unit

Cig lighter I want to change over to be "hot" 100% of time.. I have no clue how to remove it.. looks like I have to take out the tray that holds the ashtray... how do you remvoe that without ruining the dash etc..

remove the little rubber coin tray below the ashtray. there should be 2 screws holding the ashtray.
