autoblz is replica kit, wont fit as well but is cheaper, so its a trade off. Cheaper kit but harder to fit so more money at the body shop, you decide

Most of the young drivers in Germany wants ´the AMG kit, its too normal - except you have a real AMG. Thats the reason why I´d like to have a another design.

i liked wald a lot before now i like it but not more than amg kit..reason is that wald is too round of a body kit, and our cars are way boxy for it..so it really does not match all that good...on a newer C class i like very much

there will be charges for you to install thats for sure
it depend partly on the shipping
you guys need to remember that the kits are shipped via Seafreight
and it takes like nearly 1 month in the deep sea
the chances of the kits to get expand and contract are high
Cause it is Fiber material hence there is a chance of the kits to be off.

However if you install in the bodyshop which expertise on FRP
i think that would be easy, cause the kits will need minor modification for the fitment.

wald is located in osaka, japan and they sell it for $800 US.
due to shipping difficulties, i purchased my wald kit from kartoyz unlimited in fremont, ca (talk to art) for $1600 including shipping to seattle.
apparently, the kit is manufactued in osaka, only sold as a whole, and then sent to US distributors. total wait was about a month for delivery but comes with diagrams and all necessary hardware. check out www.waldusa.com

ya i got quoted 1600 today too from wheelexperts. but its 1600 plus 250 to shipped to LA. But if they do really sale for $800US, that crazy how much they make in profit!!!! When I asked for a discount they said the margin is super slim...I really don't think shipping from japan to the US is $500-$700. Craziness...

solodough, do you have the contact info for the person you bought kit from?

thanks

HEY GUYS, JUST WANTED TO SHARE..

i found a store that will sell the authentic wald to you for $1450. Its the cheapest that i've been able to find thus far!

their site is http://www.carrozzeriadesign.com/

i think i'm going to go for it. I haven't been able to find anything cheaper in the US.

100 bucks additional for shipping.

But he said that he can go lower and work something out if we can get 5 confirmed buyers.

YES THEY ARE ALL AUTHENTIC AND READ FOR PAINT (UNPAINTED)

i think it cost like that
cause japan free trade service for port is increasing and increasing for export

The pricing that you get for the shipping is quite fair i think
cause i have import some stuff on japan
and the price of shipping is as high as yours
